

Jon Nostalgia Why am I partial to the Bullworker now? Nostalgia. Good luck with your workouts, whatever device you might use. More can be learned about the Bullworker at. But it still does the job it was designed to do. The model I purchased on eBay was manufactured approximately 1971-1972. I have not used either of these newer models. It is quite similar to the above Bullworker X5 except it uses the cables instead of straps. Also available at is another version that has reached the market. I picked my Bullworker up on I'll keep this site updated concerning my workouts with this piece of equipment. I am finding that I can get a good strength workout with this product, but not get the joint soreness that I was having before. The Bullworker can be used both isometrically and isotonically.

What I have done, and it seems to be working quite well, is started using a Bullworker:, or (UK). I am back to using kettlebells (see below), but am still using my Bullworker dutifully also. Even push ups, a staple of my workouts since I was about 13 have become painful. Both the Soloflex and kettlebells have been causing greater and greater joint pain over the years.

This past winter I have really begun to feel the arthritis I have been diagnosed with about 6 years ago. Strength trained using the Soloflex Muscle Machine and Russian Kettlebells. For anyone who has seen 's negative posts concerning the Bullworker causing tendonitis, etc., ( he must have really weak joints ), read this: The Bullworker.
